How long is your Return Window?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I take Sasyam products with prescription medication?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before combining any supplements with prescription medications.
Can I give these extracts to my pet?
Our extracts are formulated for human use only. Please consult a veterinarian before giving any mushroom supplements to pets.
I'm allergic to mushrooms. Can I use your products?
No. If you have a mushroom allergy, do not consume Mushroom liquid extract.
Can I take the extracts during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Due to limited research, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Are your products safe for children?
Currently, there isn't enough research to confirm if mushroom liquid extract flavourings are safe for children. Please consult your doctor or pediatrician.

Are your extracts vegan and vegetarian?
Yes. All our liquid extracts are 100% vegan and vegetarian, with no animal-based ingredients.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all Sasyam extracts are naturally gluten-free.
Do you use fruiting bodies or mycelium?
We use both fruiting bodies and mycelium. This full-spectrum approach ensures a broader range of bioactive compounds.
Are your extracts tested for heavy metals or contaminants?
Yes. All batches undergo third-party testing for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contamination to ensure safety and purity.
Product Effectiveness
The extract has a mild flavour—does that affect potency?
No. The mild flavour results from pharmaceutical-grade purification. The extract remains potent and bioavailable thanks to our 1:2 dual extraction method.
Do your products treat or cure diseases?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare provider for medical conditions.
How are your products different from other mushroom supplements?
We grow our own mushrooms, use full-spectrum extraction (fruiting bodies + mycelium), and purify the extracts using pharmaceutical-grade processes. This results in high potency with minimal starch and maximum bioavailability.
Does the lemon flavor Mushroom extract has Vitamin C?
Our flavor contains a small amount of vitamin C; however, we do not make any claims regarding its exact percentage or nutritional value.
USAGE AND STORAGE
How do I take the extracts?
Take 2ml daily, five days a week. Rest for two days to support natural recovery. Add to tea, coffee, or water.
How do I measure 2ml?
Half a dropper equals approximately 1ml. Two half droppers = 2ml.
Can I use the extracts while fasting?
No. The presence of coconut glycerin adds calories, which breaks a fast.
How should I store the extracts?
Store at room temperature if used frequently. If not, refrigerate after opening to extend shelf life.
Can I travel with the extracts?
Yes. Our bottles are travel-friendly. However, check local regulations for carrying liquid supplements across borders or on flights.
What is the shelf life of the extracts?
Unopened bottles have a shelf life of up to 2 years. Once opened, we recommend using within 6 months for optimal freshness.
Is your liquid extracts suitable for vegetarians and vegan diets?
Yes, our liquid extracts are completely plant-based and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, with no animal-derived ingredients.
